At S.A.I Infinity Care we believe that our team are special people who make outstanding support workers.

All our support workers are handpicked for their genuine wish to make a difference in people’s lives and professionalism. A caring nature, kindness and an ability to empathise with others are important attributes that we look for in our support workers. In addition, professionalism and attention to detail are vital traits.

All our support workers are given full training and are able to adapt to each service user’s bespoke care needs. They have an up-to-date Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure & Barring check. We also require all staff to have a minimum of two references. Our team are encouraged to continue professional development and are supervised regularly. Regular contact with our service users and management are encouraged to provide the best quality care possible.

We have a very low turnover of staff, and many of our staff have been on this journey from the beginning. We believe that job satisfaction is a very important factor in a job well done and hence treat our staff as part of our family, who in turn treat your own as their own.
